Beginners: €600 net per month

Certified animators (Kids, Fitness): €700–€750 net per month

In addition, animators have the opportunity to earn extra income through merchandise sales, providing an additional source of earnings.

Yes. Salaries are paid monthly and deposited directly into the animator’s personal bank account.

No prior experience is required. Non-experienced animators receive one week of free training before the season begins.

If an animator joins after the season has started, training takes place at the hotel where they are assigned. During this period, the Chief Animator and/or an experienced team member provides guidance, support, and practical instruction. This ensures smooth integration into the team at any stage of the season.

Accommodation is provided in same-sex shared rooms. Typically, two or three animators share a room or apartment. This arrangement promotes teamwork and a positive team atmosphere.

Animators receive full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at the hotel’s main restaurant.
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not included.

Animators work 8 hours per day in split shifts (divided into two or three parts with extended breaks in between).
They work 6 days per week, with 1 day off.

The employment period ranges from 3 to 7 months, from April 1st to November 5th.

There are limited positions available for 3-month contracts, and priority is given to candidates who can commit to a longer duration. Applicants who can start at the beginning of the season or join later and remain until the end of the season are preferred (e.g., arriving in August or September and staying until late October).

This flexible structure allows for variations in availability while ensuring full seasonal coverage.

Animators are fully insured through the Greek State Insurance Agency (IKA/EFKA), which includes comprehensive health and social insurance coverage.
